Website information and project agreement
Information on this website is a practical overview, not a personalised quote. Before paid work begins, ChispiWebs will confirm the deliverables, timing, payment arrangement and any assumptions in writing. That project-specific proposal or agreement takes priority if it differs from this overview.
Packages and additional work
The Personal Website price is NZ$500 and the Business Website price is NZ$1,000 for the package features described on the homepage. The exact number of pages, content, integrations and revision process will be confirmed for the project. Ecommerce, advanced integrations, major scope changes and work requested after approval are quoted separately before they are added.
Third-party costs
Unless a written quote expressly includes them, ChispiWebs prices do not include costs charged by other providers. These may include:
- domain registration and renewal
- Microsoft 365, business email or other software subscriptions
- ecommerce platforms, payment processing and transaction fees
- premium fonts, stock media, plugins, APIs or other licensed services
Third-party services remain subject to their own availability, pricing, licences and terms. ChispiWebs will identify known external costs before they are added to the project.
Your part in the project
You are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback and any access needed to complete the agreed work. You must have permission to use the names, text, images, logos and other material you supply, and your business claims and required industry notices must be lawful and accurate.
Timelines, launch and results
Delivery dates depend on the agreed scope, access, content, feedback and third-party services. ChispiWebs will use reasonable care and skill, communicate material delays and test the agreed website before launch.
Search rankings, visitor numbers, sales and uninterrupted availability depend on many factors outside the website build, so they are not guaranteed. Security is treated seriously, but no website or online provider can honestly promise to be completely immune from attack or downtime.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If the completed website is not right for you, email info@chispiwebs.com within 30 calendar days after ChispiWebs first provides the completed website for your review.
This voluntary guarantee covers the ChispiWebs development fee paid for that project. It does not cover domain fees, licences, payment fees, stock assets or other external costs already paid or committed to another provider. When a full development-fee refund is accepted, the refunded ChispiWebs work must not continue to be used or published unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This guarantee adds to, and does not limit, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or other applicable law.
Ownership and third-party material
You keep ownership of original material you provide. Ownership and handover of ChispiWebs code and design work will be stated in the project proposal. Open-source software, fonts, images and third-party services continue under their own licences; neither party receives ownership of those items merely because they are used in the website.
Service limits and problems
ChispiWebs is responsible for completing the agreed work with reasonable care and skill. Internet infrastructure, hosting networks, domain registries, email platforms and other third-party systems can fail or change outside ChispiWebs’ control. If a problem occurs, both sides should raise it promptly and work in good faith on an appropriate solution.
Nothing here excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful. Project-specific cancellation, payment and liability arrangements will be confirmed before work begins. New Zealand law applies to ChispiWebs projects unless a written agreement says otherwise.
